One to one coaching
Make change happen and feel better!
Coaching is about having support to help you to move forward to where you want to be in a way that is right for you. Think of it as a journey. We need to figure out where you are now, where you want to get to, and then how you can navigate your way there in a way that is right for you.
How it works
- A single session of coaching can be helpful and make a difference. However, for transformative, long-lasting, significant change, we will usually work together for at least 6 sessions.
- Sessions are usually an hour long unless otherwise agreed
- Most people find that having a session once a fortnight is a good rhythm, allowing time for reflection, processing and trying new things out, without losing momentum.
- Payment is requested in advance of the session by bank transfer
- Availability is Tuesday – Thursday from 8am to 6pm
- Sessions take place over Zoom
- Before the coaching sessions begin we will have an initial 30 minute chat (free and no obligation) to explore what you are looking for and how I can help.
